Role Overview
We seek an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Executive for our Hamburg office to join our mission to foster healthier lifestyles. This role involves managing incoming leads, converting prospects into clients, and supporting health and fitness coaches to expand their customer base. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, contributes actively to sales goals, and is motivated by making a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and close incoming sales leads effectively to drive growth for health and fitness coaches.
- Promote healthier habits while advancing personal expertise in sales techniques.
- Maintain an organized daily schedule and sales pipeline for optimal workflow management.
- Collaborate closely with coaches to achieve mutual objectives through proactive partnership.
Qualifications
- Fluent native German speaker with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or industries such as fitness, sports, or SaaS is advantageous.
- Motivated with a competitive drive to deliver outstanding sales results.
- Demonstrates persistence and resilience, undeterred by challenges or setbacks.
- Excellent self-organization capabilities to efficiently structure workdays.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality that positively influences team dynamics.
