Role Overview

As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser based in Rockingham, your key objective is to craft compelling merchandise displays that enhance the shopping environment and support the store’s financial goals. Operating on a Monday to Friday roster with flexible shift times, you'll collaborate closely with store management to uphold superior visual merchandising standards and cultivate an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement creative in-store displays such as window setups and mannequins that align with the brand's aesthetic and appeal to target customers.
• Use sales and layout data to optimize store merchandising and product placement strategies.
• Work alongside management to maintain consistent visual presentation across all store sections.
• Lead and mentor staff to meet company visual standards, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.

Required Skills and Experience
