About the Role
Join rebel as an In-House Visual Merchandiser at our Doncaster store, where your creative skills will help shape an engaging customer journey and support seamless store navigation. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be a key contributor to delivering exceptional in-store visual displays within a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement compelling visual merchandising concepts promptly in a fast-paced store atmosphere.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to ensure outstanding visual presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and visual merchandising leadership to strategize and execute campaigns and meet visual merchandising targets.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment to enhance customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in visual merchandising specifically for apparel within retail settings.
- Motivated to coach and develop retail teams with strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
- A team-oriented individual who combines creative vision with meticulous attention to detail.
