About the Role

We are urgently looking for Sales Promoters specialized in Modern Trade for a leading RO/Water Purifier company. This position requires candidates to work primarily at Vijay Sales locations in Vikas Marg and Lajpat Nagar, Delhi.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranging from 17,000 to 20,000 INR per month in-hand.
• Additional performance-based monthly incentives between 3,000 and 5,000 INR.
• Experienced candidates in the RO/Water Purifier industry may earn up to 30,000 INR in-hand based on experience and interview outcome.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or modern trade experience is required.
• Prior roles as a sales promoter or product demonstrator are advantageous.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience working with leading electronics retailers such as Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales, or similar established chains.
• Background in brands like Philips, Bajaj, Havells, Usha, and experience with product categories including water purifiers, fans, mixers, grinders, juicers, and small home appliances or consumer durables.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers who visit the store and deliver product demonstrations.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
• Ensure merchandise displays are attractive and shelves are maintained properly.
• Conduct in-store promotional activities and collaborate with store personnel.
• Provide daily reports detailing sales progress, inventory levels, and competitor action.
• Adhere to company SOPs, attendance policies, and grooming standards.

Employment Details

• Employment on an off-roll payroll basis.
• Channel focus: Modern Trade, specifically large format retail stores.
