To qualify for the higher pay rate after 8 weeks, a caregiver must meet the company’s driver requirements, including a valid U.S. driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record; provide proof of a previously passed Florida Home Health Aide Competency Exam or hold an active HHA, RN, CNA, or LNA license; complete at least 20 visits in the first 8 weeks of employment; and remain in good standing.
