Overview

The Impact Officer position is based in Kigali, Rwanda, working on a full-time, fixed-term basis. This role is crucial in supporting the country-level execution of the global impact framework by facilitating ongoing monitoring, collecting data, ensuring its quality, and managing reporting and learning activities across designated programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities

The officer collaborates directly with program teams and partners, providing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) assistance. This involves transforming gathered data into actionable insights that drive program enhancement and fulfill donor reporting requirements. Additionally, the role supports the implementation of accountability and feedback mechanisms, operating under the guidance of the Impact Manager or an assigned senior leader.
