About the Role
This position is for a creative illustrator and visual storyteller who can turn ideas into striking artwork, concept visuals, and design-ready assets. The work spans digital media, branding, entertainment, publishing, and interactive experiences. It is a strong fit for artists who enjoy character creation, world-building, narrative-driven illustration, and visual concept development.

Core Work
- Produce polished illustrations for digital, print, and multimedia applications.
- Create characters, environments, props, and other supporting visual elements.
- Convert written or spoken briefs into clear and compelling visual concepts.
- Develop sketches, storyboards, and finished artwork for creative projects.
- Keep the visual language and artistic direction consistent across deliverables.
Concept Development and Storytelling
- Shape visual ideas for campaigns, games, branding, and media productions.
- Partner with writers, designers, and creative leaders to support storytelling goals.
- Create imagery that conveys atmosphere, tone, mood, and emotion.
- Experiment with different artistic directions during the early stages of a project.
- Contribute to world-building, character development, and visual identity systems.
Collaboration and Production
- Work with creative producers, designers, and marketing stakeholders.
- Join brainstorming sessions and concept workshops to refine ideas.
- Interpret creative direction and offer practical artistic input.
- Update artwork based on review comments and project needs.
- Help other teams when support is needed for animation, motion graphics, or UI/UX work.
- Prepare final artwork for print, digital, and interactive use.
- Adjust illustrations for different sizes, resolutions, and output formats.
- Keep files, folders, and asset libraries well organized.
- Deliver creative work on schedule and in line with project timelines.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, though equivalent practical experience is also acceptable. A strong portfolio is essential and should demonstrate illustration ability, narrative thinking, and concept development. Applicants should bring 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in illustration, concept art, visual development, or a similar creative role. Proficiency with digital art software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Procreate is expected. Candidates should also have a solid grasp of composition, color, lighting, and anatomy, along with the flexibility to work across different styles and creative directions. Experience in animation, gaming, publishing, or advertising would be an added advantage.
