Position Details

This full-time position offers a $5,000 introduction and retention bonus. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional teeth cleaning and removal of deposits from beneath gum margins.
• Detect and evaluate conditions like gingivitis and periodontitis.
• Administer fluoride treatments and other preventive agents to reduce cavities.
• Record oral conditions accurately to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning with the dentist.
• Educate patients on oral health and present treatment options.
• Conduct dental x-rays, take impressions, and maintain precise patient records.
• Build strong patient rapport and communicate clearly.
• Engage actively in daily and weekly team meetings.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold an active Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in dental hygiene practice.
• Have certifications in dental x-rays and CPR/BLS.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation.
• Familiarity with Denticon software is advantageous but training will be provided; strong understanding of HIPAA regulations is essential.
• Ability to obtain a Real ID prior to employment commencement is required.
