Role overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Hygiene Service Technician to join the team in Launceston on a full-time, permanent basis. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the road, delivering excellent customer service, and solving problems with a practical, can-do mindset.

In this position, you will handle washroom hygiene services, which includes supplying, servicing, and maintaining hygiene products along with associated cleaning support.

What the job involves

  • Provide washroom hygiene services to customers across the assigned area.
  • Install, service, replenish, and maintain hygiene products and cleaning equipment.
  • Build positive client relationships through reliable service and strong communication.
  • Work independently while managing travel between customer locations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.

Requirements and selection criteria

  • Current and valid Australian driver's licence.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
  • Experience in cleaning or a related industry.
  • Strong customer service capability and the ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Clear verbal and written communication with both clients and internal teams.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work on your own and cover long driving distances.
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on meeting targets.
  • Ability to follow client requirements and company safety procedures at all times.
  • Confidence using a mobile phone app and/or tablet for service work.
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment medical, reference, and police checks.
