Job description
Role Overview
This role focuses on coordinating HVAC service operations, supporting after-sales activity, and ensuring customer issues are closed within agreed turnaround times. The position also involves scheduling field technicians, maintaining service records, and managing AMC renewal follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and resolve customer complaints within the defined TAT.
- Prepare service documentation and post-visit reports.
- Coordinate daily technician deployment and schedule alignment.
- Manage after-sales calls and support resolution of breakdown-related issues.
- Use the internal CRM system to create reports after service visits and breakdown attendances.
- Follow up on AMC renewals and related service coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and service processes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle client interactions and resolve queries effectively.
- Educational background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering at diploma or degree level.
- Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in HVAC service is required.
