Role Overview

This full-time position is based on-site in Doha, Qatar, focusing on supporting HVAC and ventilation projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial planning to execution. The role encompasses assisting with system layouts, reviewing technical documentation, coordinating with engineering and installation teams, and maintaining project documentation. Daily responsibilities involve monitoring onsite activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance, collecting project data, and preparing essential reports. The specialist will work closely with supervisors, project managers, clients, and contractors to facilitate smooth operations and problem resolution, contributing proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Technical expertise in HVAC and ventilation systems, including fans, ducts, heat recovery units, and other components.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and installation manuals related to mechanical and ventilation equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assist in troubleshooting, site coordination, and quality assurance.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills for interaction with engineers, technicians, contractors, and clients.
  • Organizational skills for managing records, drafting reports, and adhering to project procedures.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, industrial standards, and compliance requirements relevant to construction or mechanical environments.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (such as MS Office) and openness to utilizing project or technical software as needed.
  • A technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a comparable discipline; prior experience is advantageous.
