About the Role

This position is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations end to end. The role covers recruitment, employee administration, policy implementation, and compliance support, all in line with best practices and Saudi labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities from job posting through final hiring.
  • Maintain employee records and keep HR system information accurate and current.
  • Track attendance, timekeeping, and leave in accordance with approved policies.
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing employee contracts and related documentation.
  • Help implement HR policies and procedures while supporting compliance with Saudi labor law.
  • Work with different departments to address workforce and HR needs.
  • Contribute to periodic HR reporting and key metrics preparation.
  • Support performance review processes and career development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Saudi nationality is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor regulations and social insurance requirements.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and employee administration tools.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Employment is full-time and on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
