Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting a home health care organization. The role covers the complete employee journey, from hiring and onboarding through offboarding, for both clinical and non-clinical staff. It includes maintaining HR files, drafting employment agreements, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor requirements, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. The HR professional will also help organize learning and development initiatives, contribute to performance management activities, and support an inclusive, positive workplace environment.
Key Duties
- Manage recruitment activities for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes smoothly and professionally.
- Keep employee records accurate, updated, and securely maintained.
- Prepare employment contracts and related HR documentation.
- Support adherence to local labor laws and healthcare-sector HR requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Help plan and track training and development programs.
- Contribute to performance management procedures and follow-ups.
- Address employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Respond to HR queries from staff and coordinate with management on workforce needs and organizational projects.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on knowledge of HR core functions, including hiring, onboarding, recordkeeping, and performance support.
- Good understanding of Saudi Arabian labor regulations and HR compliance, ideally in healthcare or a similar sector.
- Strong organization, documentation, and time management abilities for managing several HR tasks accurately.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills for working with varied teams and handling employee matters.
- Ability to protect sensitive information, use sound judgment, and manage confidential issues appropriately.
- Prior HR experience in healthcare or home health care operations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; HR certifications are a plus.
- Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office for reporting, data handling, and workflow tracking.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
