Position Overview
The HR Compliance and Staff Care Specialist supports the HR Lead in operational management of HR activities related to compliance, employee well-being, health insurance, and social obligations. This role ensures accurate implementation of HR policies and procedures, oversees administrative tracking of social and medical records, and enhances HR communication with employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations aligned with department OKRs.
- Monitor HR compliance indicators and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Assist in updating, simplifying, and continuously improving HR policies and procedures.
- Support managers and teams in correctly interpreting and applying HR policies following labor laws and internal rules.
- Collaborate with HR legal specialist to manage disciplinary case files, ensuring procedural compliance and documentation standards.
- Centralize archiving of disciplinary and sensitive HR records.
- Manage administrative aspects of employee health insurance, including timely ordering, receiving, and distribution of insurance cards.
- Evaluate insurer service quality through regular assessments, satisfaction surveys, and field visits coordinating with relevant partners.
- Gather employee feedback on insurance services and recommend enhancements.
- Develop strategies for introducing new options to improve health coverage and service quality.
- Conduct regular training for staff on HR best practices, organizational policies, and procedures, while documenting irregularities and implementing improvement measures under manager supervision.
- Maintain and enhance the intranet portal LEAF and channels facilitating HR-employee communication.
- Represent HR in periodic meetings with organizational leaders.
- Coordinate workplace accident declarations and ensure completeness of required documentation.
- Manage social contribution filings and document collection from medical and other relevant bodies.
- Assist employees with administrative procedures involving the INSS, including medical convocations and case follow-up.
- Handle registration of new employees with INSS and monitor issuance of registration numbers.
- Participate in administrative tracking of social contribution declarations with related teams.
- Engage actively in planning and organizing social events and activities to boost employee engagement.
- Model organizational values and contribute positively to workplace culture.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires as needed.
- Contribute to local and global HR initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements
