About the Role
We seek a dedicated HR Specialist to efficiently oversee daily HR operations and facilitate all stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to both company policies and Saudi labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and exits.
- Ensure precise maintenance of employee records and HR information system data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance management, leave records, and employee benefit administration.
- Draft and prepare HR correspondence, contracts, and employment-related documents.
- Manage processes on governmental platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Maintain compliance with Saudi Labor Law as well as internal company policies.
- Compile HR reports and contribute to HR projects and process enhancements.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and operational HR support.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Between two to five years of experience in HR Operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Labor Law and related governmental HR portals.
- Strong communication abilities paired with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced with HRIS platforms.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
