About the role

This position is for an HR generalist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working full-time on site. The role covers a broad span of human resources work, including hiring, employee support, onboarding, HR administration, and daily operational tasks. It is best suited to someone with 1 to 3 years of practical HR experience who prefers ownership across several HR areas rather than focusing on only one specialization. The employer name will be disclosed only to candidates who move forward in the process.

What you will do

  • Run recruitment from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, arranging interviews, and welcoming new hires.
  • Manage employee-related matters such as contracts, personnel records, leave tracking, and routine staff queries.
  • Keep employee files and HR documentation accurate, current, and well organized.
  • Support core HR operations, including attendance handling, payroll input coordination, and follow-up with other departments.
  • Help ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across the organization.
  • Oversee onboarding and exit processes from beginning to end.
  • Contribute to employee engagement efforts and internal communications.
  • Draft simple HR letters and prepare basic reports when required.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across more than one HR area, such as recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations. A diploma in any discipline is acceptable, provided it is backed by real HR experience. You should be comfortable working across multiple HR responsibilities, understand the basics of Saudi labor law, and be highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common HR systems is expected, along with professional communication skills in both Arabic and English. Candidates based in Riyadh are preferred, though relocation is also an option.

Additional information

This is a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh. The position requires a generalist HR profile rather than a narrow specialization. The company name will be shared with shortlisted applicants.
