About the Role
This position is for an experienced HR professional to support and manage core people operations within a healthcare setting. The role spans HR operations, hiring, payroll support, employee relations, government liaison work, healthcare licensing, compliance, and HRIS administration, with a strong focus on meeting labor law requirements and healthcare accreditation expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the full recruitment process, coordinate onboarding, and manage employee lifecycle activities.
- Administer payroll-related transactions, attendance tracking, overtime processing, and day-to-day HR paperwork.
- Support government liaison tasks and other HR regulatory obligations.
- Arrange licensing, renewals, and credential verification for physicians and nursing staff.
- Keep HRIS data accurate and up to date, and prepare HR reports and workforce information.
- Assist with employee relations, performance management activities, and training coordination.
- Make sure HR practices align with labor laws, internal policies, and healthcare accreditation requirements.
- Liaise with manpower agencies and outside service providers when needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of HR experience is expected, ideally gained in the healthcare industry.
- Practical background in HR operations, hiring, payroll administration, and HRIS use is important.
- Familiarity with government systems, employment regulations, and healthcare licensing procedures is needed.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is required.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Arabic and English are essential.
