About the Role

The Loar Group, a portfolio of 20 specialized Aerospace and Defense manufacturing companies across the US and Europe, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support its corporate Talent Management team. Reporting directly to the Chief Talent Officer, this position plays a key role in enabling the Talent Management function by offering strong administrative, project management, and technical operational assistance within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role demands a resourceful, agile, and highly collaborative professional who consistently delivers accurate, high-quality work promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver reliable administrative and operational support in a busy Talent Management and HR Operations setting, with full accountability for precision, timeliness, and follow-through.
  • Create polished, executive-level documents and materials that are accurate, clear, and submitted on schedule.
  • Maintain structured working rhythms including agendas, action tracking, documentation, and issue closure to sustain high momentum.
  • Develop and manage organized trackers, templates, and records to promote scalability and accuracy.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct targeted research, benchmarking, and data collection to support talent and culture initiatives, synthesizing various inputs into concise summaries, briefs, and presentations.
  • Act as an advanced user of HRIS and talent management systems, particularly with strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across Talent Management and HR processes.
  • Create and refine complex Excel-based analyses, dashboard reports, and tracking tools for business leadership use.
  • Apply a process-driven mindset to document and standardize workflows, identify more efficient methods of operation, and implement improvements promptly.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships across all organizational levels, demonstrating a mature, solution-focused approach especially under pressure.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally, addressing challenges collaboratively within a matrixed, high-expectation workplace.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • More than five years of experience in a high-responsibility HR support capacity.
  • Preferred experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, or Talent Development functions.
  • Proven ability managing multiple stakeholders and providing both administrative and technical support for multiple projects in fast-growing, entrepreneurial contexts.
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel, including complex data analysis, dashboards, and tracking tools.
  • Hands-on expertise with HRIS data management and reporting; strong preference for SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and deliver measurable results.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and mature judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required.
