About the Role
Join AlixPartners in Riyadh as a People Operations & Strategic Resource Management Senior Specialist, where you'll address complex business challenges with swift, effective actions. Responsibilities
This hybrid role uniquely combines management of the employee lifecycle with strategic resource allocation across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and SRM teams.
- Oversee full employee lifecycle processes in Saudi Arabia and UAE, including onboarding, employment amendments, and offboarding.
- Draft and maintain contracts, employee records, and probation assessments adhering to local laws.
- Handle immigration processes such as Qiwa, work visas, Iqamas, sponsorship transfers, Exit/Re-Entry, Final Exit, Absher (Saudi Arabia) and employment visas, Emirates ID, and medical documentation (UAE DIFC).
- Coordinate payroll inputs and manage employee benefits including medical insurance, leave, DEWS, and end-of-service benefits.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Saudi Labour Law and DIFC Employment Law while maintaining precise people data and system integrity.
- Manage background checks, vendor relations, invoicing, and push process and technology enhancements.
- Drive improvements in people systems and employee experience via continuous innovations and technology adoption.
- Coordinate staffing and consultant deployment across Middle East engagements, matching skills and availability to business needs and development goals.
- Track staffing transitions, roll-offs, and forecast resource needs to guarantee consistent project resourcing.
- Report on capacity, availability, and utilization data for resource managers and leadership.
- Support staffing strategy discussions with practice leaders, serving as main SRM contact.
- Assist in testing and refining SRM tools and processes, identifying resource risks and conflicts with data-backed insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in People Operations, People Generalist, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting employees within Saudi Arabia.
- Proficient knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Qiwa platform, Iqamas, immigration, sponsorship transfers, Absher system, and Saudisation (Nitaqat).
- Experienced in administering full employee lifecycle including payroll coordination and benefits management.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive with sound judgment, discretion, and confidence to escalate issues appropriately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels.
- Valid Saudi residency or eligibility to obtain it (support available).
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours and in both office and remote settings.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Background in consulting, professional services, or multinational organizations.
- Familiarity with UAE DIFC Employment Law and UAE visa and immigration processes.
- Experience in Strategic Resource Management or workforce planning desirable.
- Proficient with Oracle HR systems, resource planning tools, and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting capabilities.
- Exposure to AI or automation technology to enhance operational efficiency is advantageous.

- Office located in King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh.
- Working hours: Sunday through Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with a hybrid work arrangement.
