Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Singapore Delivery organization and its leadership in shaping and executing strategic and tactical human resource initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to build strong partnerships and a history of implementing successful HR programs within complex, matrixed environments. Experience in global HR is highly valued. Key success factors include thoughtful leadership, organizational agility, prioritization skills, building relationships, project management, and executing plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Center of Excellence (COE) HR teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of corporate HR programs such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Total Compensation & Rewards, and Talent & Organization Annual Review.
  • Apply expert knowledge to identify and implement HR solutions that align with overall business strategy.
  • Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team to devise and implement both short-term and long-term staffing strategies for entry-level and experienced roles, focusing on attracting the right talent and fostering key/high-potential employees to secure a robust leadership pipeline during rapid organizational growth.
  • Ensure career development initiatives and programs address critical skill development and succession planning requirements.
  • Provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations and performance development matters.
  • Exert influence on business leaders at individual and group levels through partnership and coaching.
  • Lead change management efforts centered on cultural shifts and evolving leadership and management needs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of HR experience, preferably within Technology or IT Services sectors.
  • Deep understanding of HR practices with a proven ability to deliver HR solutions in fast-moving, complex business environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a successful track record partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth and strategic plans.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Capable of multitasking in a demanding environment, managing diverse issues and engaging effectively with individuals at all levels.
