Role Summary
This is a full-time remote Human Resources Business Partner position. In this role, you will work closely with leaders and managers to ensure people practices support business goals. The position involves workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development, along with day-to-day guidance on HR policy, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. You will also contribute to recruitment and onboarding, review HR data to spot trends, and propose actions that improve engagement, inclusion, and retention. The role suits someone who can serve as a trusted advisor in a fast-moving, technology-led environment while helping establish scalable HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and management teams to translate business priorities into effective HR plans.
- Support workforce planning, organizational structure decisions, and long-term talent development initiatives.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies and help strengthen HR frameworks.
- Handle employee relations matters, resolve workplace concerns, and contribute to a healthy team culture.
- Guide performance management activities, including goal setting, manager coaching, feedback, and review cycles.
- Ensure HR practices remain aligned with labor and employment regulations and reduce compliance risk.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and other core people operations activities as needed.
- Analyze HR metrics and employee data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Suggest initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Act as a dependable HR advisor to stakeholders in a dynamic, technology-focused setting.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and HR policy implementation.
- Proven experience working with employee relations and supporting positive workplace relationships.
- Good understanding of labor and employment law, with the ability to support compliance.
- Experience managing performance management processes and coaching managers.
- Background as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR advisory position.
- Strong communication and consulting skills.
- Ability to use HRIS tools and make decisions based on data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in tech, AI, or startup environments is an added advantage.
