Position Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner specializing in Culture and Organizational Development acts as a strategic collaborator to elevate business outcomes through people management, cultural enhancement, and technology integration. This position works closely with leaders across various regions to synchronize HR tactics with company goals, amplify leadership strength, foster a performance-driven environment, and enrich employee experiences.
Key Duties
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure people strategies effectively support business aims.
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor on organizational structure, talent planning, staff development, and change initiatives.
- Offer strategic insights for workforce planning and organizational transformation aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate leadership decisions grounded in people analytics and data.
- Enhance leadership capabilities and organizational competence across global sites.
- Incorporate AI and digital tools to elevate HR process efficiency and the overall employee journey.
- Pinpoint and apply process automation opportunities within HR functions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create HR dashboards and analytics utilizing platforms like Lark and Excel.
- Track and evaluate key workforce metrics including productivity analysis.
- Interpret HR data to derive actionable business intelligence and strategic recommendations.
- Assist with predictive workforce management and talent pipeline forecasting.
- Oversee comprehensive performance management activities—probation reviews, KPI/OKR alignment, appraisals, promotions, and performance improvement plans.
- Work alongside leaders to identify and grow high-potential employees and lead succession strategies for critical roles.
- Design and implement competency models and career development frameworks.
- Advise management on employee performance and developmental needs.
- Create and execute organizational development programs to boost business effectiveness.
- Support restructuring and workforce optimization efforts alongside transformation projects.
- Champion leadership growth initiatives enhancing management capabilities.
- Guide change management practices facilitating organizational agility and growth.
- Promote the organization's vision, mission, and core values across worldwide offices.

- Assist in developing HR policies and advancing governance standards.
- Safeguard confidentiality and uphold equitable HR practices.
- Lead regional and global HR transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
- Drive standardization and optimization efforts within HR operations.
- Partner with HR and business units on cross-functional projects enhancing service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
- At least five years of advancing experience in HR roles such as HR Business Partner or Generalist.
- Experience supporting multinational, regional, or global operations.
- Preferred background in fintech, financial services, technology, or other fast-paced industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, cultural change, and boosting employee engagement.
- Strong experience leading HR digital transformations and AI integration initiatives is highly valued.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (oral and written) required for effective communication and stakeholder relationship management.
