- Partner with business and support leaders to assess current and future staffing needs and shape workforce planning and hiring plans.
- Drive Emiratization initiatives by coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet nationalization requirements and expectations.
- Monitor updates from the CBUAE and other authorities, brief HR leadership on changes, and help embed those changes into HR operations, staffing, and branch processes.
- Review and adapt HR policies and procedures so they remain aligned with UAE labour law and government guidance while improving efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams and hiring managers on sourcing, interviews, and selection for internal and external candidates against approved job specifications.
- Support the preparation and release of employment offers in line with approved compensation and benefits guidelines.
- Handle pre-employment verification, including service certificates and reference checks, to maintain accuracy and integrity of employee records.
- Manage onboarding from start to finish, ensuring all documents are complete and compliant and that new joiners are introduced through structured induction programs.
- Support performance management activities with the OD team, including goal setting, self-evaluations, reviews, and normalization.
- Participate in salary review discussions and help communicate outcomes clearly to the relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the drafting and issuance of job descriptions for branch employees.
- Support career development initiatives by helping coordinate structured learning and development programs.
- Advise on HR policies, employee relations matters, and disciplinary actions, including investigations and report writing with practical recommendations.
- Represent HR in grievance meetings and corrective action discussions to help ensure fair, compliant resolution of concerns.
