Role Overview
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a dependable advisor to the business, delivering day-to-day HR support that helps improve performance, employee experience, and organisational outcomes. You will work with leadership to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle documentation for new joiners, including employment contracts, banking details, and medical insurance.
- Organise and support onboarding-related training workshops.
- Oversee the complete visa process for incoming employees through the relevant platforms and portals used by the business units.
- Arrange relocation support for new hires moving into the country.
- Maintain, administer, and close out records in the internal HRMS system (BambooHR).
- Ensure all HR practices comply with Saudi labour regulations and current HR standards.
- Act as a connection point between managers and employees by responding to questions and assisting with workplace concerns.
- Share policy, role, compensation, and benefits information with current employees as needed.
- Support the PIP process and broader performance management activities, including disciplinary discussions, job chats, and continuous feedback conversations.
- Help facilitate focus groups, support implementation plans, and recommend improvements based on employee feedback.
- Work with PRO to manage visa cancellations, transfers, and immigration list clearance.
- Carry out exit interviews and prepare final settlements in line with Saudi labour law.
- Represent the company in Saudi labour matters related to disputes when required.
- Respond within 24 to 48 hours for paperwork requests, including salary certificates and performance/PIP documents.
- Prepare monthly reporting for HR management, including visa headcount, quota, and related metrics.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in line with local legal requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to build and execute HR strategies that support organisational goals.
- Support organisational change, transformation efforts, and cultural initiatives.
- Create and run programs that improve employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- A master’s degree or professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is an advantage.
- 5 to 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or comparable position, ideally within the Saudi market.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and Saudi employment law.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal ability.
- Capability to develop relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A strategic mindset with a proactive working style.
