Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities by posting job openings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Manage the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and document completion.
- Address HR-related queries from employees and maintain employee databases with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Monitor HR compliance, prepare reports and documentation, and assist in administering company policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, performance reviews, and internal communications to foster positive workplace relations.
- Perform general administrative tasks including managing HR calendars, correspondence, preparing presentations, and supporting HR leadership.
Qualifications
- Educational attainment ranging from high school diploma to Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
