Role Overview
The organisation is hiring an in-house Human Resource Executive focused on recruitment. This role suits someone who can support staffing needs across multiple sites while handling a mix of HR, administrative, and coordination work.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree is required.
- Prior exposure to recruitment, HR administration, and HR support work is important.
- You should be well-organised and comfortable dealing with people across different levels.
- Strong initiative and creativity in sourcing security officers and other personnel are needed.

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate hiring efforts to meet manpower needs across multiple sites, including commercial organisations, government buildings, schools, and factories.
- Work with Operations Managers to ensure staffing requirements are fulfilled.
- Apply local labour law knowledge to advise operations staff and the payroll team on HR practices and compliance matters.
- Carry out HR tasks such as interviewing security officers, drafting employment, promotion, and termination letters, and maintaining personnel e-records.
- Conduct exit interviews and look for ways to improve staff retention.
- Provide administrative support to Operations Managers.
- Prepare replies and correspondence with officers and relevant authorities.
- Assist with grading exercises and ISO audit activities.
- Support general administration, training coordination, and logistics tasks.
- Handle multiple priorities, take initiative, and remain flexible across different duties.
