About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to support our touring division. Based in Melbourne, Victoria, this position reports to the General Manager of Human Resources - Rail & Touring and is responsible for delivering strong HR advice, support, and leadership across a varied group of businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with touring business leaders to provide practical and tailored HR guidance.
- Support recruitment activity across the touring businesses.
- Coach and mentor people leaders to build their capability.
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgement.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Contribute to learning and development initiatives.
- Lead or support change and key HR projects as required.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across a dynamic environment.
About You
You are an experienced HR professional who can design and deliver high-quality solutions that suit the needs of a touring-focused business. You bring confidence in change environments, strong project delivery skills, and a hands-on approach to operational HR. A resilient, adaptable generalist with a solid grounding in industrial and employee relations will suit this role well.
