Role Overview

The Housekeeping Team Leader will assist in managing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all standards are met through hands-on leadership and direct support of the housekeeping team. Additionally, Housekeeping Attendants will focus on delivering quality cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate guest rooms and conduct inspections to maintain standards
• Complete full guest room turnovers including bed making, bathroom cleaning, and general housekeeping tasks
• Prepare guest rooms for arrivals to ensure a welcoming environment
• Provide leadership and support to the housekeeping team during absence of managerial staff
• Maintain clear and effective communication with housekeeping peers and other hotel departments
