Role overview
This position is for a meticulous and process-focused HubSpot CRM Operations Specialist who will own the CRM environment and support the growth of revenue operations. The role partners closely with Sales and SDR teams to make sure campaigns, automations, and reporting are carried out accurately and efficiently.
Work schedule and location
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Time zone: U.S. Pacific Time (PST)
- Work arrangement: On-site
- Location: Nairobi County, Kenya
Key responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality CRM records by keeping contacts, companies, and deals accurate, consistent, and well structured.
- Design, configure, and manage HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences.
- Assist Sales and SDR teams with campaign rollout and the preparation of prospecting lists.
- Track pipeline movement to spot blocked deals and identify missing opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports that reflect sales performance and revenue operations metrics.
- Improve CRM processes on an ongoing basis and look for ways to increase efficiency.
Profile and experience sought
- Strong practical experience using HubSpot CRM, with admin or backend exposure preferred.
- Hands-on background in CRM cleanup, database management, or workflow/process improvement.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related function.
- Advanced or fluent English at C1 level, suitable for collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where systems and processes are being built from the ground up.
