HSQE Correspondent - UAE Nationals Only - Dubai, UAE

Role Overview

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an HSQE Correspondent to join the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) team based in Dubai, UAE. This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals and reports directly to the Operations Director. The primary purpose of this role is to support the continuous evolution, implementation, and oversight of the company's HSQE management system, with a strong emphasis on Health, Safety, and Environmental functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and ongoing enhancement of the HSQE Management System.
• Monitor and track HSE-related incidents, analyze trends and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the preparation of HSQE performance reports, dashboards, and internal analyses.
• Maintain and administer incident management systems and related records.
• Help update, maintain, and prepare documentation such as procedures, manuals, and process guidelines related to HSQE.
• Support the organization and follow-up of internal and external audits as well as addressing findings.
• Coordinate HSE briefings, awareness programs, and training sessions.
• Assist with incident investigations and ensure compliance with internal reporting procedures.
• Prepare communication materials addressing health, safety, quality, and environmental topics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to aid QHSE projects and initiatives.
• Keep comprehensive records and documentation concerning HSQE matters.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Interest or academic background related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental areas.
• Encouragement for junior candidates with strong motivation to develop a career in QHSE.
• Previous internships or work experience within QHSE, HSE, or HSQE fields considered advantageous.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork capability and adaptability.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is a beneficial addition.
