Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have between 3 and 5 years of practical experience managing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors platform, with particular emphasis on the Employee Central and Recruitment modules.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and administer the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment Management components.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, handle support tickets, and maintain the accuracy and quality of HR data.
• Create and sustain workflows, implement business rules, and develop custom reports to enhance HR and recruitment processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on HRIS experience specific to SAP SuccessFactors EC and RCM configuration.
• Deep knowledge of complete HR and recruitment workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
