- Shape and improve HR processes throughout the employee journey, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning, and exit management.
- Use HR data, employee feedback, engagement results, turnover trends, and business context to generate insights and practical recommendations.
- Coach managers on people topics, support leadership decisions, and help embed effective management practices.
- Track the performance of HR initiatives and continuously enhance the employee experience for internationally distributed teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of successful experience in a comparable HR Business Partner or HR Director position within an international digital, technology, or product-led company.
- Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, learning and development, performance reviews, succession planning, and termination processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work with HR measures such as payroll budgets, engagement, retention, turnover, and workforce efficiency, with clear examples of business impact.
- Practical exposure to compensation and benefits processes, HR analytics, and data-informed decision-making.
- Strong project management capability, with the ability to balance several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A highly results-focused approach, with persistence, ownership, and the ability to convert ideas into measurable outcomes.
- Confidence working with numbers, business objectives, and performance indicators to guide strategic decisions.
- Resilience, flexibility, and comfort operating in ambiguous or complex situations.
- Fluency in both Russian and English.
Benefits and perks
- Fully remote, full-time working arrangement.
- Competitive pay, with exact salary details to be discussed during the hiring process.
- 28 calendar days of paid annual leave.
- 7 additional wellness days each year for rest and personal needs.
- Referral bonus of up to $5,000 for successful recommendations.
- 50% reimbursement for professional training, international conferences, and industry events.
- Corporate discounts for English lessons.
- Health support that includes reimbursement of up to $1,000 gross per year for eligible healthcare expenses.
- Support for your work setup, including equipment provided or reimbursement for home office and coworking costs.
- An internal recognition program with rewards redeemable for merchandise, team activities, and wellness experiences.
- Opportunity to collaborate with a diverse international team across several countries and cultures.
