Role overview
Precise Analytics LLC is looking for a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and support everyday HR operations. This position contributes to building a strong team by maintaining hiring pipelines, assisting with onboarding, and helping foster a compliant, people-focused workplace.
Core responsibilities
- Manage hiring activities from job postings and sourcing through screening and interview coordination.
- Keep HR files, employment agreements, and compliance paperwork organized and up to date.
- Support the onboarding and exit process for employees.
- Help roll out HR policies, performance review processes, and benefits-related programs.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and candidate progress in ATS systems.
- Act as a bridge between employees and leadership while supporting team culture.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition, ideally in a tech, startup, or federal contractor environment.
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment regulations and standard HR practices.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and HRIS tools.
- Well-developed organizational abilities and clear interpersonal communication skills.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are considered an advantage.
Additional information
- Remote or hybrid work is available, with Richmond, VA preferred.
- Experience working with distributed teams is beneficial.
- Prior exposure to federal contracting onboarding, including clearance and compliance requirements, is a plus.
