Role overview
This is a part-time remote HR Support Officer opportunity for candidates located in Australia. It is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants to build a career in human resources while receiving training and guidance from senior team members.
What you will do
You will support everyday HR operations by helping maintain employee files, preparing HR documents, and assisting with a range of people-related workflows across the business.
- Keep employee records organised and up to date.
- Draft and update HR documents, including job descriptions.
- Assist with onboarding and exit-related administration.
- Handle standard employee questions in a prompt and professional way.
- Support the rollout of HR policies and procedures.
- Help prepare basic HR reports.
- Work with senior HR colleagues to maintain consistent and compliant practices.
