About the Role

GroSpace Global LLP is looking for an HR Recruiter to join their team located in Delhi, specifically Rajouri Garden. This full-time position offers a base salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 per month, dependent on the candidate's experience and skills. The role promises opportunities for growth into senior HR positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Create and post job advertisements across various online portals and social media platforms.
Conduct outreach calls to candidates and arrange interview schedules.
Liaise with management to coordinate interview sessions.
Maintain comprehensive records of candidates and employees.
Manage joining procedures and prepare essential paperwork.
Keep attendance records up to date.
Draft basic offer and appointment letters.
Provide assistance in daily office administrative duties.
Update and maintain data in the company's CRM system.
Support in maintaining office documentation and records.
Respond to employee HR-related queries where applicable.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience up to one year is preferred.
A bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA specializing in HR is advantageous.
Proficient communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work in an office setting.
