About the Role
An immediate opening is available for a trainee-level HR recruiter focused on insurance and banking hiring. The position is with a well-established HR consultancy that supports recruitment for companies across the BFSI sector throughout India. This opportunity is designed for work from home.
Work Arrangement
This is a remote role with a home-based setup. Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Handle complete recruitment cycles for non-IT BFSI hiring.
- Review and screen CVs to shortlist suitable profiles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain communication with client teams during the hiring process.
Candidate Profile
The employer is seeking female candidates with at least 6 months of experience in insurance sales, banking sales, or non-IT HR recruitment within the BFSI domain.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate from any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in insurance sales, banking sales, or HR recruitment.
- Should have access to a laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Experience in non-IT BFSI hiring will be preferred.
