Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced in-house HR recruiter to join our expanding real estate company based in Dubai. This role offers a unique chance to establish and develop the recruitment function by attracting and hiring top-tier real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for real estate agents and various corporate roles as necessary.
• Develop and implement sourcing tactics, conduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations via diverse hiring channels.
• Organize interview schedules and maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout recruitment stages.
• Create structured recruitment and onboarding procedures to streamline hiring.
• Establish and nurture a robust talent pipeline of skilled real estate professionals.
• Partner with company leadership to assess hiring requirements and plan workforce needs strategically.
• Ensure exemplary candidate engagement from initial outreach to successful onboarding.
• Keep accurate recruitment documentation and prepare hiring analytics reports.
• Stay informed of prevailing recruitment methods and trends specific to the UAE real estate industry.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of recruitment experience within the real estate sector, preferably in UAE agencies.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting real estate agents in the regional market.
• Proficient interviewing, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to operate autonomously managing multiple concurrent vacancies.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management competencies.
• Fluent English language skills; knowledge of additional languages is favorable.
