About the Company
This opportunity is with a prominent machinery manufacturing company that operates globally.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify suitable candidates by leveraging LinkedIn, various job boards, and employee referrals.
- Review and evaluate resumes and application forms to shortlist candidates.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with relevant hiring departments.
- Develop and disseminate job advertisements on multiple platforms.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Mandatory completion of graduation.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
- Shift hours from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
