Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter, either a fresher or with up to 1 year of experience in bulk hiring, primarily for BPO recruitment drives.

Responsibilities

• Manage mass recruitment for various BPO positions on behalf of multiple clients.
• Identify candidates using job portals, personal networks, databases, and social media platforms.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess their suitability for the roles.
• Organize interview schedules and oversee candidate onboarding processes.
• Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets consistently.
• Keep recruitment records and prepare MIS reports regularly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication or candidates having at least 1 year of experience in bulk hiring, preferably within the BPO sector.
• Strong abilities in candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Goal-oriented and capable of adapting to a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range between 18,000 and 20,000 INR in-hand per month.
