Job Overview
The HR Recruiter role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to find and onboard suitable candidates for various positions. The recruiter will be actively sourcing talent using multiple channels, screening applicants, facilitating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates through diverse platforms such as job portals, social media channels, referrals, and candidate databases.
- Review and evaluate resumes, conduct initial telephone interviews to shortlist candidates effectively.
- Organize interview schedules in collaboration with hiring managers and clients to ensure timely assessments.
- Continuously engage with candidates throughout the recruitment journey up to their joining date.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and generate recruitment reports to track progress.
- Develop and nurture a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly recruitment goals as set by management.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and professionalism at every stage of recruitment.
Additional Information
- Monthly compensation ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000.
- Work location is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with onsite presence required.
