Location: Tai Seng, Singapore
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Role Summary

The HR Recruiter position oversees the complete recruitment cycle including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer facilitation. The role partners with hiring managers to strategize recruitment plans and maintains fruitful relationships with candidates and external associates. Additionally, this role encompasses business expansion duties such as client prospecting and deal closure aligned with company key performance indicators. The individual will also provide support for special assignments as delegated by management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: resume screening, initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit, interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, and ongoing support throughout recruitment.
  • Work alongside hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and formulate recruitment strategies.
  • Establish and nurture strong connections with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Oversee candidate pipelines and keep precise records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Negotiate employment offers and ensure smooth hiring transitions for candidates and clients.
  • Research and pinpoint potential clients, market segments, and industries to broaden business opportunities.
  • Manage comprehensive sales cycle from prospecting leads to deal negotiation and client relationship management.
  • Collaborate with HR and Business Development teams to meet management-set KPIs.
  • Support special projects and initiatives assigned by management or the HR Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to Singapore laws, regulations, and standards throughout duties.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level certification.
  • At least 3 years' experience in HR and talent acquisition.
  • Possession of CEI license is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist or comparable position, preferably with exposure to foreign employee management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and foreign workforce regulations.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
