Role Overview
This is a remote hourly contract opportunity for an HR expert focused on policy, compliance, and people-operations support. The pay range is $10 to $36 per hour, and the expected weekly commitment is between 10 and 40 hours.
Responsibilities
- Refresh, draft, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and related documentation.
- Improve onboarding journeys and workflows across the employee lifecycle.
- Advise on HR compliance matters and employee relations situations.

Requirements
