Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards pertinent to the automobile components sector.
- Handle employee relations by managing disputes, addressing employee issues, and fostering a constructive workplace atmosphere.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job advertisements, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and onboarding.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records regarding employee files, attendance, and performance assessments.
Job Requirements
- Possess between 2 to 6 years of professional experience in HR compliance or a related area.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of statutory compliance relevant to the auto components industry.
- Exhibit strong communication abilities to efficiently manage conflict resolution and enhance employee engagement.
