Job description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Senior Associate Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role focuses on managing comprehensive HR operational tasks, particularly in handling off-boarding procedures, employee record management, and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the off-boarding process for staff, including calculating End of Service Benefits (EOSB) and coordinating final settlements.
- Oversee suspension and release of salaries for resigned or terminated employees to prevent overpayment issues.
- Process and update employee information changes within the Fusion HR system after validating all necessary documentation and approvals.
- Assist with regular updates to operational HR policies and maintain close liaison with departments such as Legal, AD Pension, MOHRE, and other GCC authorities.
- Prepare detailed reports and statistics related to employee leavers, including monthly summaries submitted to management.
- Coordinate the collection of resignation and termination documents, conduct exit interviews, and maintain records of employee destinations post-departure.
- Support the Emiratization program by working with UAE national leavers and facilitating data updates in e-HR systems.
- Manage access deactivation for resigned or terminated employees via the ID Manager System.
- Handle employment verification and provide reference checks for former employees on behalf of external parties.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Well-versed with ADIB banking applications, policies, and pension schemes.
- Thorough understanding of MOHRE, GCC regulatory policies, and ability to handle legal matters including court cases.
