Overview
Seeking a dedicated HR Operations Associate to oversee the entire employee lifecycle including query resolution, grievance handling, and other HR functions. The role involves researching current HR market trends, presenting data, and contributing to the revision and creation of HR policies with senior guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle queries and grievances effectively.
- Conduct market research on HR trends, prepare presentations, and analyze data.
- Collaborate with senior management to revise and formulate HR policies and procedures.
- Compile lists of employees eligible for rewards and recognitions and coordinate related events.
- Develop templates and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) checklists for reporting managers and support seniors during the PIP process.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in talent engagement activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
- Any graduate educational background.
- Knowledge of talent engagement processes.
