Job description
About Mid Valley Dairy & Agro
Mid Valley Dairy & Agro is a Chennai-based company specializing in dairy and agricultural products. Their portfolio includes fresh cow milk, A2 cow ghee, butter, dairy cream, and curd under prominent brands like Happy Tales. The company prioritizes ethical farming, animal welfare, and pure dairy processing. Their expansive 100+ acre estate in Arumbavur village, Perambalur district, combines cattle farming, automated milking, chilling units, processing plants, and packaging in one location.
The farm supports diverse breeds including Holstein Friesian, Jersey, Gir, Sahiwal, and Vechur cows. Each animal is monitored via RFID chips to observe health and lactation, with ill animals isolated to maintain quality. Milk undergoes on-site veterinary lab testing before processing, which is fully automated and hands-free. Products are pasteurized and homogenized swiftly post-milking without chemical additives, then packaged in recyclable eco-friendly cartons. The farm cultivates its feed, uses rainwater harvesting, and employs temperature-controlled logistics for urban distribution in Chennai.
