Role Summary
The company is looking for experienced HR professionals with a background in grievance handling and compliance support for hotline-based operations in Chennai. This position involves handling employee concerns in real time, documenting cases accurately, and supporting compliance-related incident management.
Job Criteria
- Candidates must be able to join immediately and should be available to start in February 2026.
- Excellent spoken communication is essential.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations is required, along with basic HR knowledge.
- The role requires the ability to manage employee grievances in real time.
Responsibilities
The selected professional will receive inbound hotline calls connected to compliance matters, incidents, and employee grievances. They will record case details carefully, including the issue, affected person, urgency, and any relevant background. The role also includes creating tickets or incidents in the case management system, using standard decision trees and SOPs for first-level assessment, and forwarding matters to the right L2 or L3 team based on severity and category. The associate must protect confidentiality and data privacy, provide status updates within approved guidelines, and consistently follow scripts, process controls, and compliance requirements.
Skills and Competencies
Strong verbal communication, active listening, structured note-taking, accuracy, attention to detail, familiarity with grievance handling, basic compliance awareness, case documentation, and comfort working in shift-based operations are important for this role.
