About the Role
Indra Group develops advanced technology solutions that support security operations and dependable on-the-ground service delivery for clients in national and international settings. The company is expanding in Saudi Arabia and is hiring an HR & Government Relations Specialist in Riyadh to support HR activities, government-related processes, and administrative work within the local regulatory framework.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and complete registrations across systems and government platforms such as Qiwa, IQAMA, ERV, and similar portals.
- Keep track of system changes, renewals, and compliance-related deadlines.
- Oversee Saudization tracking and reporting requirements.
- Handle government liaison activities and coordinate with Saudi entities including MISA, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, and related authorities.
- Support the Regional Business Director with secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Assist with HR processes such as payroll, payslips, leave management, health insurance, and visa administration.
- Contribute to office administration, including utilities, consumables, maintenance, and general coordination.
- Work with vendor portals, purchase requests, and supplier payment follow-ups.
- Support travel arrangements, employee expense handling, and onboarding coordination.
Candidate Profile
- A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field is required.
- Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years in HR administration or government relations in Saudi Arabia is expected.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, Saudization rules, and Qiwa and IQAMA procedures.
- Hands-on experience with government portals and related coordination tools such as Etimad, iSimply, Qiwa, and similar systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities are essential.
- Must be a native Arabic speaker with good English proficiency.
