Job description

About the Company

Netwrix focuses on strengthening data security by centering identity, giving organizations better visibility and control. Its solutions are used every day by security teams at more than 13,500 organizations across over 100 countries. The company has grown over the last 20 years through product innovation, internal expansion, and acquisitions, and is supported by private equity investors TA Associates and Centerbridge Partners. Netwrix operates globally and follows a remote-first approach while still encouraging regular in-person collaboration with colleagues, customers, and partners.

Role Overview

This position combines recruiting support, benefits administration, and employee experience work. You will assist the Talent Acquisition team with hiring activities while handling the operational tasks that help make recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire setup run smoothly. The role includes coordinating background checks, connecting Talent and Operations so new employees are ready on day one, and helping run orientation sessions.

The assignment begins as a 6-month contract and may convert to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help the Talent Acquisition team manage open roles by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and keeping the hiring process moving efficiently.
  • Run background checks from start to finish, including initiation, status tracking, candidate follow-up, and escalation of exceptions when needed.
  • Act as the coordination point between Talent and Operations to ensure access, equipment, and first-day setup are completed before each new hire starts.
  • Assist with planning and delivering new-hire orientation so each group receives the right introductions, information, and materials.
  • Keep ATS and HRIS records accurate and current, monitor candidate and new-hire status, identify inconsistencies, and support clean reporting data.
  • Administer benefits programs such as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k), including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Respond to employee questions about benefits and route complex matters to carriers, vendors, or brokers as required.
  • Support open enrollment planning and rollout through communications, employee decision-support content, and system setup.
  • Work with Finance and Payroll to reconcile benefits invoices and submit carrier files on time.

Qualifications

  • Background in HR operations, talent coordination, or recruiting support, with an understanding of how hiring processes function and where they can fail.
  • Exposure to background check tools and workflows, preferably with vendors such as Checkr.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employee benefits administration, enrollment processes, vendor coordination, and compliance fundamentals such as ACA, COBRA, and ERISA.
  • Strong planning and multitasking ability to manage hiring cycles, onboarding activities, and benefits requests at the same time.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills for working with candidates, new hires, internal teams, and outside partners.
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and coordinate effectively with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling both recruiting support and broader HR or operations work.
  • Exposure to designing or facilitating new-hire orientation programs.
  • Knowledge of multi-state or international benefits administration.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or a benefits-related certification is considered an advantage, not a requirement.

Values and Culture

Netwrix emphasizes customer focus, excellence, transparent ownership, clear thinking, innovation, deep expertise, and collaboration. The company highlights a culture built on integrity, respect, and strong work ethic, with an environment where teamwork and diverse perspectives are valued.

Why Work Here

  • Competitive health coverage.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities.
  • A team-oriented, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
  • Regular company town halls to keep employees informed.
  • Opportunities to grow your career.
