Job description
Role overview
This position is for an experienced HR generalist who can oversee daily human resources operations and provide support throughout the employee journey. The role is centered on HR work, with only limited coordination related to government relations and facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including joining, exit processing, and contract updates.
- Assist with hiring activities and keep recruitment workflows moving smoothly.
- Update and preserve employee files and HR management systems.
- Apply HR policies and make sure practices remain compliant with Saudi labor regulations.
- Respond to employee questions and offer practical HR guidance.
- Contribute to performance management efforts and employee engagement programs.
- Prepare payroll-related inputs and help administer employee benefits.
- Work with GR and Facilities teams on basic operational needs, with a limited scope of involvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in a generalist capacity.
- Solid knowledge of Saudi labor law and common HR processes.
- Background in employee relations and day-to-day HR operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
- A proactive and well-organized approach, with the ability to perform in a fast-moving environment.
